1. Why can´t I return an item?

We are producing and shipping from Bali and due to high import taxes even on returned parcels, which can reach up to 400%, it is financially unfeasible for us to process returns. Thank you for your understanding.

2. I have ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange to the correct size?

Please contact our team before ordering to ensure receiving the correct size. We can no longer accept size exchanges due to high import taxes on returned parcels in Bali, which can reach up to 400%. This makes it financially unfeasible for us to process exchanges. We recommend selling your item on platforms like Vinted or share with your friends. Thank you for your understanding.

3. How long does it take to ship my order?

If your product is in stock we usually ship within 24h from the placement of your order on weekdays (Mo-Sa). When we have a discount running and therefore a high order volume, shipping can take a little longer.

4. How long does it take to receive my items?

We ship all orders with FedEx, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. No matter where you are in the world, your order will arrive within 4-10 days. Additionally, our shipping is CO2 neutral, so you can enjoy your purchase knowing it has minimal environmental impact. Please ensure your mobile phone number is provided correctly, as the delivery driver may need to contact you for delivery.

5. I have ordered a week ago but still haven't received a shipping email. Why?

6. I am a photographer or model and want to use items for a photoshoot.

7. Will there be any additional charges for my parcel when shipped from Asia to a destination outside of Asia?

Yes, there may be additional costs. Depending on the value of your order, you may be required to pay local VAT and import taxes upon arrival. These costs vary from country to country, so we recommend researching them in advance before placing your order.
